Marketing Fund

This term
A marketing fund is a pool of money collected from franchisees to support national or regional advertising efforts.

A marketing fund is a pool of resources that franchisees contribute to, typically as a percentage of their revenue. The money in the fund is managed by the franchisor and used for brand-wide marketing efforts, including national campaigns, digital marketing, TV ads, and other promotional activities. Franchisees often also have access to local marketing resources and co-op advertising opportunities. A well-managed marketing fund helps maintain brand consistency and supports efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
