After this, franchisees return to their territories for 6–7 weeks to gain hands-on experience running their business. They then return to Colorado for a final week of training, where they refine their skills based on their on-the-job experiences. Ongoing support includes lead generation assistance, a dedicated call center, regular support calls, webinars, and training modules. Franchisees benefit from a strong peer network through daily Google Chat discussions with other owners and access to paid consultants for guidance.
