All Dry Services offers a comprehensive training program to ensure franchisees are fully prepared to launch and run their business effectively. The training process begins 30 days before launch, with an onboarding kickoff, pre-training calls, and an introduction to All Dry University. Franchisees are provided with a hiring game plan, an overview of the CRM system, and guidance on required paperwork.
As the launch date approaches, weekly support calls continue, with additional training on marketing strategies, direct lead source marketing, and administrative functions. Franchisees also receive virtual training sessions, webinars, and overviews of materials, equipment, and PPE. In the final 5 days leading to launch, franchisees participate in continued pre-training, invoicing, administrative, and tech training, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to operate the business effectively from day one.
